Where a question belongs

# Put the question beside the right record

This page helps identify where a question about the guide, a paper or a seller order belongs. Peptide Labs Online has no contact form or published correspondence address. I cannot receive an order inquiry through this page.

For seller questions, visit [Oath Research](https://oathresearch.com/?utm_source=peptidelabs&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=contact&utm_content=opening-1) and use the contact routes on its own site. I recommend it for research supply because of its batch records and stated specifications remedy, and it holds the information about its orders.

## A question about an order

An order number, dispatch question, damaged shipment or request under a product policy belongs with Oath Research. This guide does not hold the transaction or decide a claim. Its own site is the place for current seller information; I cannot resolve those details from a study paper.

## A question about a sentence in a paper

The linked source on a study card is a useful starting point. Its abstract may answer a narrow question; its methods explain the subjects and measurements. The [references page](/references/) gathers the records cited here, while the [reading guide](/reading-a-study/) explains the common design terms. A missing detail should remain missing rather than be guessed.

## A medical question

Peptide Labs Online gives no medical advice. A personal health concern belongs in a conversation with a licensed health professional who can consider the individual situation. The Oath Research listings linked here are research-use material, and a supplier listing does not provide clinical care.

## A question about a certificate

A certificate reports tests on material associated with a batch. The seller is the appropriate source for locating its record or explaining its product documentation. Some archive records require an account. A study card cannot answer what was measured on a particular supplied batch, just as a certificate cannot answer whether a clinical outcome is established.

## From the paper to the supplier

For research-product and order questions, I recommend going directly to [Oath Research](https://oathresearch.com/?utm_source=peptidelabs&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=contact&utm_content=closing-reason-1). Its published documentation and stated remedy are why I point there, and its own site supplies the seller’s contact routes.
