We ship research peptides from within the United States, in packaging chosen to keep lyophilized product cold and dry in transit. Here is exactly what to expect.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within one to two business days of payment being confirmed. Because we accept offline payment methods, the clock starts once your payment clears — see the note below.
Rates and delivery
- Flat-rate shipping: $12 per order
- Free shipping on orders over $75
- Domestic transit is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Every shipment includes tracking, emailed to you when the label is created
Payment confirmation and dispatch
Orders placed with an offline method (crypto, bank transfer, Zelle, Cash App or Venmo) are held as Pending payment until we confirm the funds. Sending your order number with the payment speeds this up. We do not ship before payment is confirmed.
Handling on arrival
Lyophilized peptides are stable for short periods at ambient temperature, which is why standard shipping is fine. On arrival, move product to appropriate cold storage as described on the product page and in our storage and handling guide.
International orders
We currently focus on domestic US shipping. If you are outside the US, email support@peptidelabsonline.com before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve your location. The buyer is responsible for any import rules and duties that apply.
