By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them — the research-use condition in particular is not boilerplate to us.
Eligibility and intended use
You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, institution or reseller to purchase. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or supplements, and must not be used in or on humans or animals. By ordering, you confirm you understand this and will handle and store the products accordingly.
Your responsibility for compliance
You are responsible for knowing and following the laws and institutional rules that apply to you, including any import, handling and disposal requirements. You agree not to resell or supply our products for human or animal use.
Orders, pricing and payment
We list prices in US dollars and do our best to keep the catalog accurate; if an obvious pricing or product error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you. Orders paid by an offline method are held as Pending payment and are only confirmed and dispatched once payment clears. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
Shipping and risk
Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See our shipping, returns and refund policies, which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and imagery on this site belong to Peptide Labs and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is" for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptide Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse of a product or from any use outside a controlled research setting. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Peptide Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
